How does the new Bhakosi app work? Where can I download the app?
We have the best, fastest and most convenient way to order. If you have an iPhone or an Android phone download the app stores by following this link here then register or login and start shopping from the app!
If you don't have a compatible phone or you don't like apps you can place your order from the comfort of your browser. Simply enter www.bhakosi.com and get ordering.
What areas do we service?
Currently we are active in Greater Harare including satellite towns and cities like Chitungwiza, Epworth, Domboshawa, Ruwa and Norton.
What services does Bhakosi offer?
We sell and deliver groceries to Zimbabweans online.
How much does delivery cost?
There is a charge for delivery; and this will be reflected separately on the screen at checkout which depends on your delivery option.
How are the groceries delivered to me?
Once you place an order, the website or App will send you a confirmatory message. Once the order is ready our driver is dispatched to collect it and to drop it off directly at your location.
How long are the groceries delivered to me?
3-5 days
What form of payments does Bhakosi Accept?
You can pay using your VISA card or MasterCard, Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer into our Nostro FCA (USD) Account.
Is there a minimum order value?
No.
Can I place orders in advance?
Yes. Just give us a heads up on the delivery date you want in the notes or comments section for you order.
I am based outside of Zimbabwe. Can I order for m family in Zimbabwe?
Yes you can, as long as you specify the address and contact details for the person receiving the order.
What if I forgot to add something to my order?

What is my order is late or there is something wrong with my order?
Our friendly customer service agents are available at any point of your Bhakosi ordering and delivery experience. You can contact us on +263773718873.
No matter if you placed an order for delivery. We are happy to assist in resolving enquiries or complaints.
What if I am not around when the delivery driver arrives?
In case you are not available to receive your order at the projected time please let us know by calling us on +263773718873. We will then try to accommodate your request. If our driver arrives at the delivery location and cannot find you, they will always try and call you via phone to arrange the order handover.
If we cannot contact you and our driver cannot locate you, he or she will wait for 10 minutes until moving on to the next order. In such an instance you are unfortunately liable for the value of the order and delivery penalty fee. Please ensure that your mobile phone is contactable during the delivery phase to prevent such unfortunate situations.
Why aren't you delivering in my area yet?
We are constantly extending the reach of our delivery network and your area may just be next. You have the option of using the Vote for your area option in the App, as well as entering your details such as your email address and/or phone number, if you fall outside the delivery network.
What details are required from me when I register to use the app?
Your email, mobile number is needed, and/or any other details which are added from time to time.
How does the Bhakosi App know where to deliver the order?
You will be prompted in the App to enter your address and instructions like hoot at the gate, or press number 9 on the intercom. These details are saved and used for each order you make, although they can be edited by you.
