Deliveries & Storage

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment or replace with an item of comparable value. We will confirm with you in writing before executing a refund or replacement.

You can pay from anywhere in the world electronically. Cash on delivery is only eligible for Harare Orders. All our orders shipped from and are delivered to addresses in Zimbabwe. Please provide business addresses only for Nationwide deliveries as our delivery partner Swift Unifreigt delivers to business addresses or their depots.

 2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website or mobile applications are only available for delivery to addresses placed on the website or mobile applications. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Harare, Zimbabwe only. Any deliveries outside of Harare, Zimbabwe are not available at this time.

 

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of your order is processed, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not deliver on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to weather, traffic, delivery location, method of delivery, government regulations and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Storage

We provide free storage for upto 6 months for pre-ordered items by bulk buyers such as grocery clubs (maround or mukando). Kindly specify the delivery date or grocery club sharing date on the note section when you place your order our website or mobile applications or send an email with the instructions to accounts@bhakosi.com.

 

6. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax will be charged on all taxable items including delivery.  

 

7. Proof of Delivery & Damaged Items in Transport

We encourage our customers to check the items delivered against each line item on the invoice provided on delivery (or sent to your  registered email when your order is placed). If your order has been fulfilled completely you will be asked to sign a proof of delivery document. Only sign for the items you have received or that are in good condition. If there are any missing items or if there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately on WhatsApp on +263773718873 with you order number, full name and registered email detailing the missing or damaged items. We do not consider cases of missing or damaged items on delivery if you do not raise a complaint 48 hours after the delivery been made.
